We recognized the vacation home owners’ needs and guests needs weren't being met through traditional property management companies and have come up with a great solution for all.
Our team is led by Managing Partner Kathy James Rinker and John Rinker. Our Crested Butte team is supported by our guest service and administrative team located in Denver, Colorado.
Crested Butte Rentals By Owner is part of the Resortia Rentals By Owner network which began in 2003 serving the needs of homeowners and guests in Vail, Colorado. Over the past few years we have expanded to premium destinations to become the largest independent vacation rental agency in the Rockies including Beaver Creek, Aspen, Snowmass, Breckenridge, Steamboat Springs, Telluride, Winter Park, Deer Valley, Park City, Jackson Hole, Keystone, Big Sky and Crested Butte.
